- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆On May 4, 2015 my parents who are 95 and 89 were taken to the offices of Ms. Cooper for reasons unknown to them by 2 of my siblings. It was later learned that they were there to sign documents that were not explained to them, but turned out to be Powers of Attorneys and new wills. All this took place not in the office, but in the back seat of the motor vehicle they were in in the rear parking lot of Ms. Cooper's office complex over a period of nearly 2 hours. Not very professional in my opinion. Later we found out that Ms. Cooper wasn't even in the office to make sure everything was being done properly according to the existing Statutes of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. My rating would be "ZERO" stars, but you have to pick at least one star to post your review.By Kenneth Greene, July 01, 2017
