- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I hired Justin Miller as an Attorney for my drivers license on May 23, 2014. About two months later I began to call him to acquire information on my case. He never answered my calls nor did he return them. I moved from Florida to Pennsylvania and soon after moving I went to switch my Florida license to an Pennsylvanian license. They informed me that my license was suspended for an DUI in 1999. I had not lived or been in Pennsylvania during that time period, I pulled up my driving record it stated that May 6,1992 I had received my license. I had went to a number of people (State police, Representatives, and to the Court house) with my drivers record everyone was left puzzled. Soon after I received a letter from Mr. Miller on December 19, 2014 stating that I submitted letters to pennDOT. Mr. Miller informed me that (in his exact words) " They have previously told me no, but I am asking again. If they again come back with a no, I am afraid that will be the end of it" I don't understand what is going on. I had requested a court hearing months ago and I feel that Mr. Miller is screwing me over. I do not know what else to do. Like stated before Pennsylvania gave me my license back in 1992 at this time I was in Florida and remained there till 2011. I am a single father and without my license this makes it extremely difficult to provide for my daughter and I.
